It means a lot to me that everyone knows each other and that we have a management and a set of values ​​that create good well-being - it gives energy to help each other. I host the good atmosphere, the varying tasks, cross-functional collaboration and the freedom to plan my working day myself.

I have been employed by the konfAir family for over 20 years. Exciting to follow the great development and meet the new challenges that come up almost weekly, but which are solved with joint help. I have always went to work smiling and appreciate a good laugh with wonderful colleagues.

I am incredibly happy with my varied work and greatly appreciate the help we all give each other - at the same time that we can laugh together.

The best is when we reach the finish line together.

I appreciate being part of a smaller organization with a good cohesion and a dynamic collaboration. I find that there is a lot of room for manoeuvre, great flexibility and not far from thought to action. In addition, I really appreciate the humorous atmosphere among colleagues.

I am really happy with my varied worklife at konfAir. As production manager and liaison between departments, I do not have 2 similar weeks. I enjoy the fantastic culture, team spirit and mutual respect at konfAir, it makes every day something unique.

What I like most about my job is making sure everything comes together so that we find the right solution for the customer. I am happy to be part of a company that complies with their own values. I love the interaction between colleagues. We care for each other and there is room for both humor and friendly banter.

I come from Ukraine and have been working at konfAir for 1 year, and I do so with pleasure because I feel part of a team. It is great to have good colleagues who respect each other and always are ready to help.

I appreciate the different tasks and close collaboration we have in the purchasing department. We have a varied everyday life. Humor are important to me in a busy everyday life. It is great to work in a smaller company, where everyone knows and respects each other, and there is a good colleague team spirit.
