More partnership than supplier relationship

The partnership between Technor and konfAir has existed for many years. konfAir is the invisible supplier who makes everyday life for Technor's customers run smoothly. It is largely the dialogue between service manager Henrik Hoff from Technor and sales representative Søren Raabjerg from konfAir that makes the collaboration successful:

 

 

– konfAir and Søren (Raabjerg, ed.) are really skilled, and they provide excellent service. I praise them regularly, and they deserve it, says Henrik Hoff concisely, who has worked together with Søren Raabjerg from konfAir for many years.

 

For Henrik Hoff, the relationship with konfAir is more than just a classic supplier relationship. It is much more of a partnership where you have each other's businesses in mind:
 

– I have experienced that customers reach out to konfAir directly and not through us. It happens to many, but here konfAir stands out. They often recognize our customers and connect them with us again. I really feel they help our business, he explains, adding:
 

– konfAir helps us advise and guide our customers. Price is only one thing but getting the right solution from the start is quite another. It is about creating trust between me and my customers. Trust is very important to me. And in order to deliver a proper product, good suppliers are important.

Many years of collaboration to find the right solutions

As a regular customer at konfAir, Technor has also learned to make the best possible use of the various services – for example, when the webshop makes more sense than a call:
 

– We often use the webshop, and it works well. We mostly use the webshop for reorders. It is quick and easy, says the service manager from Technor and continues:

 

– We also often call Søren (Raabjerg, ed.). This is most often for inquiries about filter bags - or for knowledge exchange.Many times when dealing with new customers, I call Søren to find the right solution and to hear if we can do something more efficiently. And to ensure the collaboration does not become too routine and boring, Henrik Hoff likes to send an urgent order to Søren Raabjerg occasionally. However, that is no problem. On the contrary, it is one of konfAir's strengths if you ask the service manager from Technor.
 

– Voila, he conjures up what we need to keep the customer going. It is alpha omega that the customer can continue to be up and running. It is also important for our business at Technor. This is where konfAir really helps us make a difference for our customers.

Who is Technor?

Technor supplies process ventilation throughout Denmark. They even deliver abroad if there is a need for it. Their primary customers are located in Denmark, Norway, Sweden and England. The customers have large filtration systems which are crucial for production in, among other things, the wood industry's furniture factories, the metal industry and companies that work with fiberglass and composites.


– Our job is to remove all bothersome dust. Preferably, the customers should not notice that they have filtering. It just needs to run and remove dust and particles from the air. It is always customized solutions where no two projects are the same, says the service manager in his own words.
