Filter Cassettes

Filter cassettes are used for industrial processes where a large filter area is crucial and there are high requirements for low emissions. The filter cassettes are manufactured on automatic machines which helps to ensure a high uniformity and quality as well as an efficient and professional production.

WE PRODUCE FILTER CASSETES WITH LARGE FILTER AREA

Within our product range, we can offer several different filter cassettes with a large filter area - including Bacho cassettes. Common to our filter cassettes is that they are compact filter units with a very large filter area. In addition, they are easy to install, as they come in a stable metal frame which is simply pushed into a rail. They are designed as small filter bags consisting of long rows. Each row in the filter bags are supported by a spring and have a venturi nozzle that ensures optimal air distribution and efficient filtration.

Bacho cassettes are made up of 255 small filter bags - 15 rows with 17 small filter bags in each row. The frame is mounted with a felt gasket at the top to ensure it is sealed effectively, so emission is avoided.

We produce Bacho cassettes and other compact filter units at our factory in Denmark which means we can offer a fast and flexible delivery.

QUALITY AND SIZE

Our range of filter media for filter cassettes contains more than 100 different qualities, all of which (as standard) consist of technical needle felt made of polymer fibres as standard. By choosing the right filter media, high filtration efficiency is achieved against even the finest dust or the highest operating temperatures. The correct chemical treatment of the filter media helps to ensure that the filter cassette is both chemically resistant and easy to clean, so that excessive pressure drop is avoided.
