Cartridge filter KSF
A Cartridge filter KSF has a moulded polyurethane top – in either soft or hard moulding material. KSF Cartridge filters are available in many variations, both as standard round but also oval. Our standard sizes are available as both top loader and bottom loader which can be a good alternative to replacing a filter bag with the same diameter, if a much larger filter area is required.
WE PRODUCE OUR CARTRIDGE FILTER KSF FILTRATION OURSELVES
At konfAir we mould the top ourselves and with our own 3D printer we can produce a prototype of the top in any design. The prototype is then sent to you for final approval before the order is sent to production. This way, we ensure that the ordered Cartridge filter KSF fit perfectly in your customer's plant.
On cartridges with soft moulding material, the top also functions as the gasket, whereas cartridges with hard moulding material have a gasket placed on the top or delivered separately. The gasket can be placed either on the clean air side/hole side or on the dust side/pleat side, depending on your customer's needs.
