Cartridge filter with alu-cap

konfAir’s JET cartridge filter KAF is produced with a top in cast aluminum equipped with lugs for installations. The Jet cartridge filter KAF with alu-cap is available in many different diameters.

For some sizes, it is also possible to install venturi nozzles that ensure a more efficient cleaning of the cartridge filter.

How we produce Jet Cartrdige filter KAF for filtration

A Jet cartridge filter KAF is produced with a closed bottom and a rubber gasket which ensures that it is tightly sealed and therefore minimizes emissions. Depending on the design of the plant, the gasket can be placed on either the clean air side/hole side or on the dust side/pleat side, so that it is possible to install the JET cartridge filter KAF either above or below the cell plate. We also offer to include the gasket separately, so it is possible to adjust the filter cartridge directly at your customer's location.

 

There are 2 types of gasket for this type of filter cartridge, a D-shaped and a triangular gasket.
