Cartridge filter with plastic top-flange
konfAirs JET cartridge filter KPF is produced with a top, bottom and inner mesh in plastic which makes disposing of the filter both easy and environmentally friendly, as the JET cartridge filter KPF does not have to be disassembled and can be disposed of as combustible waste. The top is equipped with lugs for installation. A JET cartridge filter KPF is available in several standard sizes and for KPF-225 it is possible to add an aluminum venturi nozzle that ensures a more efficient cleaning of the filter.
How we produce JET cartridge filter KPF for filtration
A JET cartridge filter KPF is produced with a closed bottom and a rubber gasket which ensures that it is tightly sealed and therefore minimizes emissions. Depending on the design of the plant, the gasket can be placed on either the clean air side/hole side or on the dust side/pleat side of the cartridges filter’s plastic top-flange, so that it is possible to install the cartridge filter either above or below the cell plate. We also offer to include the gasket seperately, so it is possible to customize the ordered KPF Filter cartridges directly at your customer's location.
The gasket used for this type of cartridge is D-shaped.
